Garages
Garage floor coatings, built for desert garages.
A ground-and-sealed flake or metallic system that shrugs off hot tires, oil, and dropped tools, and wipes clean in seconds.
What a real garage floor coating is
A garage floor coating is not a paint or a one-day big-box kit. It is a layered system: the slab is diamond-ground to bare concrete, cracks and pits are repaired, a base coat is rolled, color flake or metallic pigment is broadcast in, and the whole thing is locked under a commercial-grade polyaspartic topcoat.
Done right, the finish bonds mechanically to the concrete instead of sitting on top of it. That is the difference between a floor that peels at the first hot tire and one that still looks new years later.
What you get
- A hot-tire, oil, and chemical-resistant surface
- A UV-stable topcoat that will not yellow in desert sun
- Clean, finished control joints (not bridged and cracked)
- A slip-resistant texture from the broadcast flake
- A floor you can sweep or hose and be done
Installed in about a day
Most two and three-car garages are ground, coated, and sealed in a single day thanks to fast-curing polyaspartic. You are usually walking on it the next morning and parking on it within a couple of days.
Frequently asked
How long does a garage floor coating take?
Most residential garages are done in one day. Polyaspartic cures fast, so light foot traffic is usually fine the next day and vehicles in about 48 hours.
Will it peel or lift under hot tires?
Not when the prep is done right. Because we diamond-grind the slab and finish with a polyaspartic topcoat, the system bonds into the concrete and resists hot-tire pickup that ruins roll-on kits.
Can you coat a stained or cracked garage floor?
Yes. Oil spots are degreased and ground out, and cracks and pits are repaired during prep before any color goes down.
